Andrew S. Cupps

Drew is the President and Founder of Cupps Capital Management, LLC. Before founding CCM, Drew joined Strong Capital Management, Inc. in 1994 to manage hedge fund assets and serve as the growth specialist on the Strong Alternative Investments Team.  While at Strong, Drew managed Endeavor Fund, L.L.C., a privately offered investment partnership, and the Strong Enterprise Fund, an aggressive growth mutual fund.  Before joining Strong, Drew worked for Driehaus Capital Management, a Chicago-based investment advisor focused on growth investing.  There he worked with Richard Driehaus as an analyst on the firm’s flagship fund. Drew earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University where he was President of the Harvard Investment Association.

Kevin is an equity analyst for CCM. Before joining CCM, Kevin joined Strong Capital Management in August of 1999 as an equity analyst for the Cupps Team. Prior to joining Strong, he volunteered for two years for the United States Peace Corps in Romania. There he was involved in the country's privatization process as a consultant to Transilvania Capital Invest. Before that, he was an equity analyst at Harold C. Brown in Buffalo, New York, and a statistical analyst for American Express Financial Corporation in Minneapolis. Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Iowa.

Laura is the business manager for CCM. Before joining CCM, Laura was a business manager for the Cupps Team at Strong Capital Management. Prior to joining Strong, she worked for eight years in advertising as an account manager at BBDO New York, Fallon McElligott in Minneapolis, and DDB Needham in Chicago. She managed the brand strategy and campaign execution for clients such as AT&T, United Airlines, Hyatt Hotels, Minolta, and Tyson Foods. Laura earned a bachelor’s degree in English and psychology from Boston College.

Mr. Bush joined Cupps Capital Management in 2007 and currently supports the trading, accounting and research functions of the firm. He holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s College, where he was awarded the Trustee’s Award in Business Administration.
