Cupps Large Cap Growth Strategy invests primarily in companies that are experiencing or are positioned to experience above average earnings growth. The Strategy will typically invest a minimum of 70% of its assets in companies with more than $10 billion in market capitalization.

The objective of the Strategy is long-term capital appreciation and performance superior to that of its benchmark, the Russell 1000® Growth index.
